1. Scope and Applicability

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs the purchases of digital products, services, and applications offered by Telagareddi Gunabhiram, Sole Proprietor (operating as "Uno Cypher" or "UnoCypher") on our website, Google Play Store, Amazon Appstore, or other distribution channels.

2. Digital Products & In-App Purchases

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of virtual goods, in-game currency, digital downloads, and subscriptions are generally final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as expressly set forth under specific app store guidelines.

3. Google Play Store Refunds

For applications and digital products purchased through the Google Play Store, Google Play's refund policies apply. Users may request a refund directly through the Google Play platform within the applicable timeframe:

• Within 48 hours: You can typically request a refund directly on Google Play by following their instructions on Google Play Help.
• After 48 hours: If the request is made after 48 hours of purchase, please reach out to us at unocypher3@gmail.com for evaluation under our internal guidelines.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you are experiencing technical issues, billing discrepancies, or would like to request a refund directly from us, please send an email to unocypher3@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your full name and contact information.
• The name of the application or service purchased.
• Transaction ID / Order Number (e.g., GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX for Google Play).
• A brief description of the issue or the reason for the refund request.

Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

5. Project Cancellations (Custom Software & Services)

For custom game or application development services contracted directly with Uno Cypher, cancellation and refund terms are governed by the respective Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties. Any milestones completed and accepted prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
